Our team of providers are committed to the mission at Our Family Doctor, to provide compassionate and individualized care to our patients and their families within the context of an open minded family practice that values collaboration, respect and excellence.

What to Expect From Our Care Team

At Our Family Doctor, we’re here to make your visit as smooth and pleasant as possible. From the moment you walk in, we’re dedicated to providing you with personalized, compassionate care, and our amazing supporting care team are who make it all come together. Here’s what you can expect at your visit:

Front Desk Team: Marla, Meghan, Misty

As soon as you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a warm smile from our Front Desk Team: Marla, Meghan, and Misty. They’ll ensure that all your information is up to date and help get your appointment started off right. You’ll see them again at check-out.

Our Front Office Supervisor, Jeremy, handles all patient paperwork, prior authorizations, and forms. He will also guide you through the medical records request process, ensuring timely delivery of your records.

Medical Assistant Team: Abby, Becca, Rylee, Sadira, Jaime

Our team of Medical Assistants, Abby, Becca, Rylee, Sadira and Jaime will get you ready for your visit, working closely with your provider to address your health care needs.

Triage Coordinator: Amber

Our Triage Coordinator, Amber will ensure that all information is communicated and detailed accordingly between our providers, care team and patients.

In-House Lab Team: Tiffany and Alyssa

If your visit requires lab tests, you’ll proceed to our in-house lab, where you’ll meet Tiffany and Alyssa from our Quest Lab Team. With their expertise and friendly demeanor, they’ll make sure your lab experience is as painless and worry-free as possible.

Clinical Supervisor: Brandy

At the heart of our Advanced Care Team is Brandy, our Clinical Supervisor. Brandy ensures that all communication between our team and patients is clear and efficient. She plays a crucial role in improving patient outcomes by coordinating care and providing extended access to your primary care physician (PCP). Brandy also manages transitions of care for patients recently discharged from the hospital, as well as coordinating referrals and follow-ups to specialists.

Front Office Supervisor/Medical Records: Jeremy

Our Front Office Supervisor, Jeremy will handle all of your patient paperwork, prior authorizations and forms for completion and guide you through the medical records request process to ensure timely delivery of records.

Referral Specialist: Ana

Ana, our Referral Specialist, will assist you with coordinating referrals and managing medical records. She ensures all the necessary paperwork is in place for your appointments with specialists.

Billing Supervisor: Kim

With years of experience, Kim, our Billing Supervisor, is here to help with any insurance or billing questions you may have.

Practice Manager/QI Specialist: Karen

Karen, our Practice Manager/Quality Improvement Specialist, ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, working to improve both our practice and your patient experience.
